FAQ

 RETURNS

You can always return an online purchase within 14 days after the delivery. 
How to return an item: please report your return by email (info@weberxvanrijn.nl) as quickly as possible. After our confirmation you have 14 days to return the item. 
You can arrange the transport yourself or have us arrange the pick up for you.
Depending on your location and size of the item pick up costs between €40 - €80.
We will deduct the pick up costs from the refund.
The shipping costs and responsibility for damages of returns are for the customer.
Refunds are made through the webshop system, you will receive a confirmation email (always check your SPAM) and the deposit will take up 1-5 business days.

DELIVERY VINTAGE DESIGN PIECES

We provide free doorstep delivery to the Netherlands & Belgium.
We strive to deliver your order within 5 - 14 days. Usually you will receive your order the next week, we will contact you per email about the delivery. Keep an eye on your SPAM inbox.
Unfortunately we are not able to store your purchase for more than 4 weeks.

Please note our standard delivery is doorstep delivery: the furniture will NOT be carried indoors or upstairs. You are expected to arrange extra help for larger pieces. If you need extra service, let us know in advance.

Small items will be shipped with PostNL, you will receive a track & trace per email.

International shipping: We ship worldwide! This will take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the location. Please contact us first for a quote.
You can choose to place your order and pay the additional shipping costs afterwards, it will be added to your order and you'll receive an invoice for the shipping costs. Choose the 'pay for shipping afterwards'.
It's possible to arrange your own shipping, please choose 'DIY shipping' in the check out. 

UK after Brexit: Delivery is possible in the UK. Please note that there are extra costs besides shipping costs, the transporter will ask for an extra import fee and the UK government will tax you UK VAT.

The delivery method of our contemporary collection may vary per item, please find the delivery info of the product concerned in the product description.

LEAD TIMES
Please note that some of our contemporary items are made to order and a production time of 1 - 6 weeks might be applicable. Check the product description for more information. After you've placed your order we will of course keep you informed about the production & delivery times.

NO RESERVATIONS / NO HOLDS
Unfortunately it's not possible to put items on hold.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payments through iDeal, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact & Giroplay.
All sales go through the online store, also the ones that are made in the showroom. We do not accept card or cash there.

VAT %
Please note that our vintage items are 'margin goods' and therefore the charged VAT is 0%.
Contemporary items are charged with 21% VAT.

Our showroom is for rent as a shoot location with props.
